We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join a growing market research company in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fun, hard working, diligent and with a true “can do” attitude. This will be an incredibly varied role, that you can really make your own!
You will:
- Manage the smooth running of the office (stationary, some facilities, liaise with IT providers, ordering weekly food, etc)
- Client liaison and first point of contact
- Liaising with the HR Team (holiday spread sheet, sickness forms, etc)
- Liaising with H&S Manager to ensure risks assessments are up to date
- Organise events
- Co-ordinate meetings and meeting rooms
- General Ad Hoc support
- Provide support to senior partners
Your experience:
- Previous office experience, ideally supporting a team
- Self motivated and team player with a proactive approach to workflow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
