Digital Retail Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Retail Marketing to support and lead the marketing team. You will focus specifically on the product and ecommerce criteria, helping to lead and develop the global brand strategy supporting all product categories and digital channels. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an immediate start, offering £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience.

Who will you be working for?

You will be working for an international telecoms company based close to Tower Bridge, a vibrant and dynamic area, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The company is fairly small with a very friendly family feel and great working culture. They like to promote from within and offer great career opportunities.

What will you be doing?

As part of the marketing team, you will be helping to deliver the business's objectives via innovative brand activation ideas in collaboration with the internal teams.

You will be creating and planning marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, social media engagement and growth and website traffic, with the main goal being to drive sales.

You'll develop effective marketing communications plan to engage and retain customers.

This is a role where you will be replied upon to bring your expertise to develop the company's brand strategy and create a positive customer user journey to increase conversations on ecommerce sites.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in ecommerce & brand in a digital marketing landscape with the ability to think creatively whilst ensuring to capitalize on every opportunity to increase brand, sales and profitability.

You should be experienced in devising and implementing strategic marketing plans with a creative flair, excellent team management and communication skills.

Having experience in deriving insight from data as well as being able to manipulate and analyse data will help you succeed in this role. If you have a flexible and positive attitude this role will be well suited to you.
