Our client focuses within the physical Gold and Silver markets which has developed considerably over the last decade. With a unique reputation for providing a consultative approach to purchasing physical gold and silver they are very much ahead of their competition by connecting with their clients who often want more of a personal and tailored approach to their investments.

Based in a super modern office, this Office Manager/PA role requires an extremely proactive candidate who is looking for involvement in this fast-growing business. You will be a natural organiser, able to design work systems to ensure the office runs smoothly. Lots of involvement including marketing, social media, research a variety of projects.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get fully involved in all the aspects of running a small and but busy office.

To be successful in this PA/Office Manager role, you will have:

  • A’ level education or equivalent
  • Admin / office experience and the personality to fit in to a small company
  • Office management experience useful
  • Previous experience organising extensive diary and travel arrangements
  • Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Some experience of website updates useful
  • Strong English language skills
  • Excellent communication, both spoken and written
  • Highly organised, methodical approach
  • Ability to liaise confidently at all levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Smart business presentation

Key accountabilities within this PA/Office Manager include:

  • Manage office on day to day basis
  • Diary management
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Organising conference calls
  • Organising diary and travel
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Excellent telephone liaison skills
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining the database
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying etc
  • Maintaining stationery and catering supplies
