Calling all top class PA’s looking for a fresh challenge in a cool and creative environment!
My client, one of the most awarded Creative agencies in London, is looking for a bright and experienced PA to join their team supporting 3 people at C-Suite Level. This PA role will support the CFO, COO and Head of HR in a full-on, very fast paced, and highly confidential role. This role requires a forward thinking, trustworthy and super organised PA with a professional approach but also a sense of fun. In return for your hard work, you will work alongside a fun, approachable team in cool, open plan offices, where you can be yourself and have fun! This is a big agency with a grown up culture and trusting environment. The people are passionate creatives who will happily help you get up and running. There is a fantastic PA network so loads of support and a really friendly team to sit with! There is also a lot going on in terms of socials, clubs and committees, so always something to get involved in!
Day to day, this role will involve supporting 3 busy senior Execs in all things traditional PA/EA (diary, travel, meeting management, expenses) as well as being privy to confidential information on the HR side. You will have full access to the inbox and will need to navigate sensitive information, constant changes, and lots of ad hoc, people related issues so discretion, a level of patience and the ability to multitask is essential! You will also be able to get involved in projects, particularly on the operation side, so some knowledge on the office management side would also be useful.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experience d PA with at least 2 years in a similar role. You will have a creative background, ideally advertising, media, PR or similar. You will be warm, switched on, calm and unflappable with an excellent attitude and a desire to get involved. You will be discreet, empathetic, trustworthy and able to make decisions. You will be a born multi-tasker, able to prioritise well and bring passion and energy to everything you do!
