Social Media / Office Manager:

Strictly Recruitment have a success story like no other and an opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Social Media whizz / Office manager / Administrator to join our welcoming and friendly team. Our staff call us a family and this role is the heartbeat of our office. Some might say this person will be the head of our little family! Whats for sure is that this is an amazing opportunity the right induvial to make this role their own and be the focal point of our fun and energetic office. Ideally, you will have worked in a recruitment agency (or similar pressurised environment) previously. Whilst no two days will be the same, a large percentage of the role will be managing all our social media output so creatively will be key to succeed!

Social Media / Office Manager:

The ability to juggle various tasks and projects at the same time is essential to succeed in this role. Your daily duties will be varied and wide ranging. These include:

 

  • Manage website / all Social Media content
  • Internal HR duties
  • Manage internal and external events such as Xmas party, monthly team drinks, client events
  • Train new starters on internal systems
  • Process background screening checks for temporary candidates
  • Management of external recruitment websites
  • Liaising with outsourced IT provider
  • Manage and chase references for internal and external staff
  • Update the database with compliance documents
  • Send completed compliance packs to relevant clients
  • Run the temp payroll weekly
  • Deal with queries from clients in relation to invoicing and candidates in relation to timesheets
  • Liaise with outsource payroll team to edit invoices and portal information
  • Chase outstanding timesheets
  • Keep track of and send holiday requests to payroll
  • Pull reports where necessary
  • Assist the Director with invoicing and accounts
  • Venue research, reservations for hospitality bookings for Consultants
  • Prepare candidate open evenings with Consultants
  • Order stationery
  • Management of candidate testing
  • Liaise with the external IT company on all IT issues, set up computers for new starters
  • Salary survey research for clients
  • Create and edit candidate contracts, chase unreturned
  • Chase payroll documents from candidates
