We are looking for a Book-keeper / Administrative Assistant for small organisation based in West London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Book-keeper / Administrative Assistant who is a good team player, with strong organisational skills and a sunny disposition.

Key Duties and Tasks:
• General book-keeping, using Sage 50
• Invoicing, including accounts receivable
• Expenses, including accounts payable
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash
• Payroll
• VAT returns
• ATOL returns
• General tasks including financial analysis
• Support on trip costings and budgeting
• Management of office supplies
• Liaison with company accountants during year end audit in relation to provision of
accounting information, journal adjustments and query resolution
• Provide ad hoc assistance to Directors / Executives

Person Specification (Essential):
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Sage 50 accounting software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
• Administration and invoicing experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Have English as a mother-tongue or be totally proficient in both spoken and written
English
• Friendly, sociable and positive attitude

Person Specification (Desirable):
• AAT or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or other Database tools (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In-Design / Photoshop
• An interest in the arts
• Proficiency in foreign languages (not essential, but helpful)

Working arrangements:
• Working hours 9.15am to 5.15pm
• 20 days holiday
• This could be a part-time (4-day a week) position, or full time (5-day a week) position for a candidate with the relevant skills
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience, in the region of £30,000 - £36,000
