Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a top ranking Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in the West End. This role will be supporting an impressive team of 7 who all work at an extremely fast pace and need utmost discretion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy PA role where you will be the point of contact for HNWI clients and dealing with highly confidential information on a day to day basis. Responsibilities will include -
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar fast paced role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

- Inbox management
- Detailed travel co-ordination
- Liaising with important Directors within the team as well as external clientele
- Dealing with important projects and documentation

- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace and juggle multiple work plates
- Proactive
- Hugely discreet
- High attention to detail
- Hardworking and organised
THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £40k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
- 35 days holiday + bank holiday
- Standard hours are 9-5pm however my client offer flexible working (eg 10-6pm)
