A prestigious private equity firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair, is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role has come about due to an internal promotion. This is a very varied role and the ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated and hard working.

Duties include;

  • Responsible for the upkeep of the London office across 2 floors
  • Any H&S issues/queries
  • Dealing with contractors
  • Maintaining reception area and meeting rooms (including setting up some meetings)
  • Managing reception recruitment
  • Overseeing the Paris office and liaising with stakeholders in the firm across multiple time zones

Skills required;

  • Firm decision maker
  • IOSH / NEBOSH qualification desired but not essential
  • Confident
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Passionate
  • Highly organised
