We have just taken on a unique opportunity as a part-time Office Manager at a leading boutique finance firm to start ASAP.
This Office Manager role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure policies are clear and being followed
- Reviewing and tracking expense reports
- Oversight of all admins, including interview screening
- Coordinating new hire locations and general movement
- Train new admin assistants, including Concur training
- Other ad hoc projects as and when required
The successful Office Manager will thrive in a high pressure environment. You must have excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and be a team player. The ability to multi-task and prioritise is vital for this role. Strong Microsoft Office skills are needed, and experience with coordinating travel arrangements (with familiarity with Concur) is also.
This role requires similar Office Management experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
