We have a very exciting Executive Assistant role for an experienced PA or EA to support a President in the Entertainment Industry. Based is sensational offices in West London, this is a brilliant opportunity to work for an iconic  and influential company. You will be supporting a high-flying individual with an extremely hectic and ever changing schedule so the right person must be unflappable and have the ability to remain calm. This is a very fast paced environment and the Executive Assistant must always be one step ahead! You will be responsible for ensuring that the President’s day runs smoothly and that they are in the right place at the right time, managing a manic diary and inbox, arranging internal and external meetings, booking restaurants and responding to invitations. Candidates must be happy with all levels of responsibility, from running out and buying lunch for their boss, to liaising with High Profile clients, and be happy doing any ad hoc private duties which come your way, such as liaising with family members. You should be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, including other PA’s so someone who forges strong relationships with people at all levels is crucial.  

This is a great opportunity for an Executive PA with high emotional intelligence who enjoys being a team player and who has a love of people, as well as organisation. Candidates must have worked in an Executive PA role in a similar environment previously and be happy to deal with everything and anything.
