Our client is a leading and well-known TV production company who are searching for an exceptional Office Manager to join their dynamic, fun and buzzy team! 

As Office Manager, you will have superb organisational skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, as well as ensure the office is running very smoothly.  

You will be dealing with various people from runners to TV Execs, therefore, the ability to liaise and communicate well is very important. You must also be capable of pushing back when required and know how to prioritise various demands.

This is a fab opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to really own and shape a role.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management and running of the office
  • Manage weekly shop for office and ensure that kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked
  • Recruit and manage office runners and receptionists
  • Liaising with contractors and maintenance company when necessary
  • Liaise with insurance company re any office insurance 
  • Organise staff events and regular socials
  • Main keyholder for building.
  • Health & Safety 
  • Manage taxi, Zipvan and courier company accounts
  • Manage hardcopy and online newspaper and magazine subscriptions

 The Ideal Candidate: 

  • 3 years’ experience in a busy and fast paced office management/facilities role 
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Excellent ‘can-do’ attitude / enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
