Learning and Development Coordinator - Global Retailer

We are currently seeking a Development Coordinator to join this Global Retailer who boast over 62 brands across world. Based  in their corporate head office in the West End you will working closely with the Executive Development team who are responsible for the develop of the Senior Leadership team across the business. The company runs a global development program annually and you will be responsible for the coordination of the program, this will include everything from engaging with participates, sending out pre-reading material, setting up internal and external guest speakers, booking all flights, accommodation and activities for the week long work shops as well as flying with the team to assist with the roll out of the workshop.

The right person needs to have first class communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to develop relationships at all levels across a variety of cultures, with some of the most senior people in the business. This is very much a coordination role so needs something who can use their initiative to get the job done, takes pride in their work and can work on their own as well as part of a team, and L&D background would be beneficial.
