KMK are delighted to be working with this privately owned property developer who specialise in urban regeneration. Working in their brand new office based in just off Oxford Street you will assist the Projects team with all administration duties, coordinate all internal and external events as well as over see the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include:
- Office Management - Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Project Management - Liaising with the projects team and supporting them with a wide range of administration support to include diary management, email correspondence, preparation of documents and PowerPoint presentations and project updates
- Events - Managing the events calendar and in-box, booking events and conferences for individuals to include accommodation and all relating logistics, All internal team events to include Christmas and Summer Party, hosted dinners and breakfast parties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has first class organisational skills and attention to detail along with a minimum of two years office experience. You will work closely with the two Senior PA's and be the go to person in the office so first class communication skills are a must along with a friendly and can do attitude.
