Boutique Asset Management company are looking for an experienced, switched on, polished and professional Executive Assistant to support the dynamic, charismatic and entrepreneurial MD. 

The business is Asset Management , they investment the highest end commercial property in London, Paris, Italy and Europe.  You would be based from their small beautiful Mayfair office, great team and culture.

Your varied role would include Executive Assistant duties such as; diary and travel management, inbox management, research, preparing presentations, office management and some occasional ad hoc private work. Also there will be some office management and client liaising. As well as being an extremely organised and efficient Assistant you will have the confidence and acumen to engage with international Clients and Investors.

Hours 9am - 6pm 

£45,000 -   £50,000 acc to experience plus generous bonus
