Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Mayfair, London
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Benefits Package
My Client is seeking a graduate with at least 2 years experience gained from within Financial Services.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and looking to further a career within Financial Services
The Role
You will be responsible for responding to everyday requests from the EMEA Sales, Client Servicing and Consultant Relations team.
- Supporting the EMEA Managing Director and his direct reports.
- Answering calls & prioritizing & directing inquiries.
- Complete travel arrangements for the entire sales team, preparing detailed itineraries.
- Manage ongoing work stream coordination with other departments.
- CRM Database Management
- Plan events, group meetings, dinners, etc.
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to word processing, copying, and data entry.
- Calendar management for team.
- Responsible for overall management and maintenance of office services and programs. Ensure that physical space are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Develop and manage the building, maintenance and vendor relationships, including reviewing accounts for performance and negotiating pricing/services based upon needs.
The Candidate
Initially in this role you will be responsible for all admin and support duties within the office and then within the next year to eighteen months you will be given the opportunity to work alongside the Financial team learning more about what they do
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and planning skills. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. You need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
