What would I be doing day to day?

Responsibilities:

• Organising all global travel, visa arrangements, itineraries and accommodation
• Gatekeeping and team liaison
• Diary management, arranging all business meetings, lunches and all other professional appointments
• Processing expenses
• Presentations for meeting
• Confidence liaising with external companies and up holding strong relationships

What is the company looking for?

We are looking for someone who has around 2-3 years PA experience supporting more than one person at senior level. An excellent command of the English language both written and spoken is required as well as strong IT skills. Experience working in finance would be preferable although is not essential. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational ad prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail. A friendly, positive, can do approach is essential.
