Our client, a well establised law firm in central London, is seeking an Office Assistant on a temp to perm basis. Reporting to the Office Mnaager, duties will involve:

  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising catering for large meetings
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Requesting couriers
  • Organising stationery orders

Applications are sought from people with some office experience looking to develop office adminiostration skills whilst working in a busy law firm. The emphasis is on personality and potential.
