What would I be doing day to day?

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with general PA duties
• Organising all travel, visa arrangements, itineraries and accommodation
• Processing expenses
• Diary management, arranging all business meetings, lunches and all other professional appointments
• Confidence liaising with external companies and up holding strong relationships

What is the company looking for?

We are looking for someone who has around 18 months to two years' experience as a PA, preferably supporting a team. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational ad prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail. A friendly, positive, can do approach is essential.
