PA to Senior MD and small team within Corporate Finance/ IBD – City Investment Bank

The candidate MUST have solid Corporate Finance/ IBD experience as this is very heavy on diary management (ever changing) and client interaction

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Complex diary management
• Arranging meetings with clients
• Organizing Travel and Visa
• Processing expenses in Concur
• Processing compliance approvals
• Arranging conference call   -  internal/external
• Working within a team of assistants and covering for absence
• Coordinating team events

  Essential Skills:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role
• Previous experience working within Investment Banking division (Corporate Finance)
• Previous experience of working directly with external and internal stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of Outlook
• Flexibility and proactivity
• Good communication and organisational skills
