An exciting position has arisen for a talented bilingual Customer Service Representative to join an international successful travel company! They are looking for a talented, ambitious, outgoing French speaker to join their multilingual team in central Manchester.

As part of your role, you will be managing a wide range of customer service in your native language, dealing with inbound calls, responding emails and live chat with customers abroad, as well as general administrative duties. Therefore you must be a customer orientated individual with a proven background in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, take initiative in taking challenging tasks, speak fluently French and have superb problem solving skills.

  • Fluent in French, written and spoken
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
  • Available to interview and start full time employment immediately
  • Can commute reasonable to Manchester City Centre or move to Manchester from your current location
