A brand new role has arisen for a talented German speaking Senior Payroll Administrator to be involved in a highly prestigious investment company in the heart of London! This successful company that prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to the next level are seeking for an experienced German speaking Senior Payroll Administrator who will provide highly professional and superb support within the payroll and employee processing business function within a corporate business environment.

This role requires a skilful German speaking Senior Payroll Administrator with experience in providing payroll support and taking initiative in all aspects. Within this role, you will be responsible for the processing of payroll, HR invoices and provide support to the HR Manager. Additionally, you will be involved in updating the benefits, remuneration and pension scheme. The successful candidate will already have comprehensive UK and German payroll processing experience and will have worked within an HR team previously. It is essential for you to have an eye for detail, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks and subsequently aim to progress within the company. You must have a proven background working in an HR department and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced German speaking Senior Payroll Administrator, who is seeking to expand their knowledge in payroll and wants to progress within a successful, dynamic, friendly team.

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Executive, HR Advisor, HR Administrator or HR Consultant is mandatory
  • Previous experience in UK and German payroll processing is essential
  • Knowledge of employee benefits such as remuneration and pension schemes
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
