Our client is a management consultancy looking to recruit a permanent Scheduler/Job Operations Coordinator

Description

Our client is a management consultancy looking to recruit a permanent Scheduler/Job Operations Coordinator. Working in the London office consisting of approximately 15 members of staff, you will be required to allocate client work to the Consultants. Duties will include:

  • Allocation of jobs to the Consultants.
  • Schedule work and update diaries.
  • Rearrange diaries to ensure urgent client work is allocated accordingly.
  • Produce a weekly report of work scheduled.
  • Ensure regular communication with the Head of Service and Consultants.
  • Liaise with clients to arrange Consultant's appointments.
  • Book accommodation and travel for Consultants as and when required - flights, hotels, train tickets, taxis.
  • Updating the database.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role will:

  • Have previously worked as a Scheduler, or an Administrator or Coordinator or Project Administrator.
  • Have previously managed diaries.
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate is a salary £30,000 -£35,000 + fantastic benefits package and bonus. Hours are 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
