An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a polished, well-spoken French-speaking Personal Assistant with perfect fluency in French, great business acumen to support a very busy and interesting HNWI from a stunning, boutique family office based in Mayfair.

This very busy executive French-speaking PA role will also incorporate full responsibility for the day to day running of the office and being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the office. This position offers a great opportunity to join a truly dynamic, cultured environment and become involved in the business. To succeed in this role you will need excellent multitasking and time management skills and flawless written and spoken French whilst being able to hit the ground running in a challenging and varied role! Alongside the traditional 1:1 PA duties (diary, inbox and meeting management, extensive travel coordination, invoice and expense management); you will liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders manage all incoming correspondence in French and English whilst ensuring the director is kept abreast of their ever-changing itinerary whilst also providing executive administrative support on private matters . Out of hours support will be required from time to time. If you have a real passion for the arts and culture then this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Profile

  • Absolute fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a French-speaking Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, EA, PA, Private PA, Senior PA
  • Proven experience of working in a PA, secretarial or executive support function in a fast-paced, multinational, corporate business environment
  • Degree educated
  • Solid experience of supporting busy C-Level or C-Suite individuals at board level
  • Adaptable, discreet, dedicated, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised: able to manage busy workloads, multiple tasks within short timeframes
  • Experience of providing executive support to Founders/ Business Entrepreneurs
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, especially using PowerPoint
  • A keen interest in the Arts and culture
