With an ever-expanding number of apprentices out on work placements all year round, we are looking for an Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our client on a fulltime basis.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a highly successful company specialising as a provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. A distinctive, supportive and welcoming culture makes this a highly sought after organisation to work for.

What will you be doing?

• Liaising with apprentices and their line managers either face to face or on the telephones to review their progress throughout their apprenticeship programme
• Supporting induction and skills development of apprentices
• Supporting the sign up of new apprentices
• Assisting with the administration of the apprenticeship programme
• Assisting the Quality and Compliance Manager to implement processes and procedures

About you?

• Ability to inspire and motivate apprentices
• Passionate about the education sector
• Confident and professional as you will be representing the brand
• Strong organisational skills

It is highly desirable if the candidate has knowledge of apprenticeship standards. An AAT qualification would also be highly desirable.
