One of our most successful global clients is seeking a Team Assistant to support key members for this team. Based in wonderful offices in central London, you should ideally have between 2-3 years of experience in a position of assisting multiple people and be able to thrive in a fast paced and large environment. As Team Assistant, you would be providing extensive support for ever changing diaries and inboxes, as well as organising complex international travel. The ideal Team Assistant would be incredibly organised and collaborative due to the nature of their work and must be able to remain composed under pressure. This is a particularly polished and well-known client, who have a reputation for treating their Team Assistants extremely well. Due to the incredibly focused environment that the Team Assistants work within here, they are provided with several training and benefits packages as a return. You must be bright, forward-thinking, team-focused and willing to work hard alongside some of the best in the industry. Intermediate to advanced MS office skills are vital and preferably educated to a degree level, secretarial or a similar qualification. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to take a step towards a more senior assistant role.
