Team Assistant / Office Manager 

Based in the heart of Soho for an innovative boutique property business, this Team Assistant / Office Manager opportunity is a really varied and rewarding role based on Reception and acting as main point of contact for the office.

You’ll have responsibility for HR admin; inducting new employees; managing diaries; organising the office and making sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Based on Reception, meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Managing the Salesforce system
  • Reviewing processes and procedures
  • Overseeing outsourcing of credit control
  • Ordering supplies
  • HR administration and new starter inductions
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Booking meetings
  • Handling correspondence
  • Taking minutes
  • Acting as first point of contact within the office
  • Scanning and copying documents
