Are you a highly capable HR Generalist with a strong professional background in handling different domains of Human Resources? Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can utilise the full compass of your HR Generalist knowledge and successfully run projects on an international scale?
We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner on behalf our client, a leading global conglomerate with offices worldwide. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing international policies, process, compensation & benefits plan and Performance Management plans –throughout all the company’s entities. Your duties will include:
- Development and implementation of compensation & benefits programs
- Direct all activities related to annual salary administration process, ensuring budget parameters achieved
- Compensation responsibilities – compensation programs, job evaluation, incentive programs
- Salary programs and policies to attract, retain and reward a competent employee base
- Implementation and monitoring of Performance Management framework across the region
- Design policy framework - including diversity & inclusion, international mobility
- Ensure regulatory practices are in compliance with professional maintenance of records, reporting standards, location-specific regulatory requirements and laws
- Supporting VP-HR in new HR projects/initiatives
- Assist in recruitment, induction, performance management system and employee engagement initiatives
- Full generalist support covering all aspects of HR administration
Who are we looking for?
- Recognised Human Resource qualifications
- Demonstratable middle management level experience handling range of HR domains – in particular, Performance Management, policies and Rewards
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with all member of senior management team, as well as staff, external suppliers and others
- Commitment to advocating and influencing the highest standards of ethics, discipline and professionalism
- Thorough research capability and analytical skills, in addition to strong verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the determination to excel
