What to expect
- Supporting the best-in-class recruitment and selection approach
- Creating a constant pipeline of new employees that meet recruitment requirements
- Meeting the high volume needs for the fast-moving customer operations business areas
- Establishing priority and recruitment plans for each vacancy
- Utilising market knowledge to source future talent into the business using a range of methods and channels
- Being responsible for end-to-end onboarding process of new hires
- Increasing vole of direct hires and increase Employee Referral to reduce agency spend
- Screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Interview scheduling and diary management
- Organising and leading Assessment Centres/Interviews to attract new talent
- Locating talent gaps within the business through working with HR and other departments
- Supporting internal candidates and engaging with them to apply for suitable vacancies
- Analysing all recruitment activity and producing regular reports to improve efficiency
Who we are looking for
- Internal/in-house talent and recruitment experience with previous agency experience leading on volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience of engaging with and sourcing candidates across a range of sectors
- Articulate, confident and capable candidate who can engage with key stakeholders across the business
- Proven track record of working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ability to build and lead on recruitment campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail, organising and planning skills
- Confidence to approach passive candidates and promote career opportunities
- Strong team player, able to work on own initiative, coupled with positive attitude and flexible approach
- Current knowledge of modern recruitment landscape, legislative changes and hiring techniques
- Data-driven and analytical approach - ongoing report of key metrics, maintaining accurate data records, tracking activity/campaigns/performance to share with internal stakeholders
- Able to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines under pressure - experience of managing multiple vacancies and projects (up to 50 vacancies at any one time)
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of normal hours
