Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to embark on an exciting new opportunity that can utilise the full range of your office skills?

A Mayfair based Family Office is seeking a polished and confident Receptionist who has had experience of proactively managing a dual role such as this.  The company are currently going through an exciting transition and moving to fantastic new office space in Soho. They are looking for someone who can fit well into this professional yet warm working environment with an enthusiasm and helpfulness towards others. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage all office facilities
  • Ensure all health and safety matters are executed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Act as the central point between all parts of the business, family and Partners
  • Provide administrative support as required by colleagues and the family
  • Support the Senior Management Team with company matters and ad-hoc projects
  • Provide cover and support as part of the administration team to colleagues to ensure service provision to the business remains at a high standard
  • Creation and delivery of company newsletter on a quarterly basis
  • Oversee the management of meeting rooms, including providing materials, refreshments, etc.
  • Assist with family arrangements as requested by the family or company
  • Support the coordination of office social events as required
  • Other office management duties – post and correspondence, couriers/taxis, office supplies, birthday arrangements for employees

The ideal candidate will have a good blend of all round office administrative skills. You must be articulate and have exceptional communication skills, as well as treat everything with the upmost accuracy as you will be dealing with a lot of written correspondence. You will be competent in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, as well as have positive attitude to new technology.
