VWA are working on an exciting new Trading Floor Administrator role for a leading international provider within the shipping industry in their stunning central offices based in the West End.

This Administrator position will be based on the trading floor and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Trade management using Trader Manager system
• Raising invoices and credit notes with finance department
• Producing monthly reports for dealing with sensitive data
• Managing email inbox
• Answer the phone
• Ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks

This Trading Floor Administrator role will ideally suit an individual with previous office or administrative experience with an excellent eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to keep calm under pressure and use their own initiative to problem solve and manage their workload.

Salary for this Trading Floor Administrator role is up to £32K depending on experience and comes with additional benefits.
