Outstanding EA for Founder of Beauty Brand - C£90K

KMK are excited to be working with this Global Beauty Brand who are looking for a Chief of Staff for their Principal acting as their right hand you will work across the whole brand building relationships, developing strategy and ensuring that the Principal has everything they need to develop the business.

• You will serve as the Principals liaison between staff and functional senior leaders, regarding commercial trading, competitive climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, working with executives on special projects
• Handling enquiries and prioritising decision and action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of research, data analysis, presentations and communications
• Supporting the Principal & CEO in the strategic planning process and monitoring of KPIs
• Manage and develop three staff members (Exec Assistant, Private Assistant and Publicist) to ensure they are working smart to manage and prioritise demanding schedules through the Principals office
• Act as a primary point of contact between Principal and internal/external clients
• Organising documentation and preparing for meetings/events/board meetings. Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Principal, and take minutes in internal meetings
• Manage and coordinate Principal led events
• Coordinator and/or lead ad-hoc projects, presentations and briefs

The candidate you must be educated to Degree level within a business subject, have a proved track record supporting a demanding principal within an fast pace and ever changing environment, Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and meeting deadlines
