Corporate Receptionist - City -  Working for the Client Direct - Brand New Offices

Our client, a leading global law firm has a new opening for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board and provide a five star seamless service. You will work in a large team of receptionists covering all front of house and meeting room duties.  This company have just moved into beautiful new offices:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Preparing refreshments
  • Managing all meeting rooms from booking to ensuring they are set up and prepared for meetings and also cleared at the end of meetings
  • Ordering of lunches as required
  • Booking meetings
  • Answering the switchboard - transferring calls or taking messages
  • Booking travel
  • General admin duties as and when required
  • Ordering of stationery and refreshments

You will have excellent customer service skills. At least one years' previous relevant experience of working in a corporate office reception environment. Real team player with a flexible and muck in attitude. Excellent at building relationships with clients. Highly professional and presentable at all times. Self-motivated and able to take ownership of the role. Able to pick up systems and processes quickly. Able to multi-task and think on your feet and handle a quick turn around with meeting rooms. Happy to help out and go that extra mile when required.

You will work for the client direct, therefore enjoy all the company benefits and also working in brand new offices. 

Please note for the first 6 months or so the hours for this position are 12noon - 8pm
