Facilities Manager

A successful and well-known property firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Facilitites Manager for a 12 month maternity cover.

The client is looking for an individual with significant experience in Facilities to provide maternity cover support to our Facilities Team as Facilities Helpdesk & Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator.

The main responsibilities for Facilities Manager would be:

-Acting as a first point of contact for the enquiries submitted via Helpdesk

-Overseeing maintenance programmes

-Coordinating the accreditation process

-Provide Health and Safety operational support incl. coordinating H&S audits

-Administrative duties incl. Attend meetings and compose minutes, supporting team members, maintain strong customer relationships

The ideal Facilities Manager would have:

-Experience in Health and Safety audits and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001

-Excellent customer service skills

-Great attention to detail

-Polite and articulate approach

-Flexibility particularly as there will be an occasional requirement to work outside of core hours
