KMK are extremely excited to be working with an award winning architecture practise who are seeking a confident, polite and friendly Receptionist to join their firm.

As the face of the business it is important you are well presented, with an excellent and professional telephone manner! You must have excellent customer service skills with and an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work. Your duties will include answering telephone/emails, meeting and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, overseeing the reception/kitchen areas, coordinating courier deliveries, ordering office supplies, assisting with events, travel organisation and general administration. Along with this you will also be working on Excel so intermediate excel skills are also required!
