12 Month FTC: Foreign Qualified Property Lawyer to work as a Paralegal to £35,000

Rapidly expanding London Law firm is looking to recruit  foreign qualified lawyer to work as Commercial Property Paralegal to provide support to the fee earners in their busy Real Estate department.  Responsibilities will include liaising with clients, preparing and drafting legal documentation for sign off, monitoring client account monies for exchanges and completions, maintaining precedent letters and documents within Case Management, conducting research and communicating findings, tracking projects to ensure they are running within correct timescales, proofreading documents, conducting file searches and any other ad hoc duties as required.  The client is seeking Foreign Qualified Solicitors with Commercial Property experience, and candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is a must.  This role is an initial 12 month FTC.
