PA to Director / Office Manager - Picadilly - £25,000 to £28,000 plus bonus - Small team of 5

Who am I supporting: The Director and Owner of the company.

Key duties:

Dealing with travel arrangements, diary management

Organising corporate events

Organising meetings; prioritising e-mails and messages

Managing maintenance and day to day running of buildings

Maintaining spreadsheets; billing and account management for the company's property investments

Preparation of presentation material to a high level

Day to day running of the office and problem solving - ordering office supplies; setting up video conferencing and conference calls; dealing with IT issues / suppliers as they arise; managing the office budget and expenses

General research and analysis and opportunity to participate in project-based work.
