We are looking for a general office manager/PA with some basic HR skills to join our growing team here in London.

Job description

• the running of an office on a day-to-day basis;
• organising meetings and managing booking travel, transport and accommodation for the team;
• managing the booking of the internal meeting rooms;
• organising company events or conferences
• ordering stationery and managing the post
• general light typing tasks including preparing letters, presentations and reports, assisting the Board paper materials for the quarterly Luxembourg board meetings;
• possibly in the future growing the administrative team and supervising and monitoring those members of staff;
• implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
• organising induction programmes for new employees;
• ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date;
• using a range of software packages – word, powerpoint and basic Excel;
• attending meetings with senior management; and
• assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
