The Company
A well-established Global Property Development company based in the heart of Canary Wharf with beautiful offices. Covering construction, engineering, design and architecture and are a business who are expanding rapidly. You will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to a portfolio of customers. You will act as the main point of contact for all enquiries, meetings, handovers and much more!
The Role
- Keep in consistent contact with purchasers whilst keeping up to date customer files on salesforce with information in respect of the customer and the apartment.
- Ensure the apartments are ready for handover, carry out inspections, and arrange cleaning and gifts and collating handover packs.
- Ensure that the property is presentable to the customer.
- Carry out regular checks on site to ensure the customer needs are being installed as chosen by the customers.
- Arrange and carry out home demonstrations and handovers.
- Manage a variety of requests from customers and their representatives.
- Attend meetings, events and/or training in relation to the development and the customers, such as internal meetings and resident meetings.
- Liaise with buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisors in regards to valuations.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure completion of any matters which may arise from pre occupation and handover meetings.
- Support customers during the move, ensuring that the move in bays, lifts etc are booked and ensuring all teams are made aware of the customer movements.
- Investigate any matters reported by customers and arrange attendance by the appropriate subcontractors.
- Meet contractors and oversee that any work is completed to a high standard.
- To carry out other reasonable duties as requested by the Customer Services Manager.
About you
- Previous experience within a customer focused role in a corporate background is essential, ideally gained within property management.
- You must demonstrate outstanding customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication are essential.
- Smart and professional appearance is required.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- The ability to communicate at all levels and be a team player.
- You must be able to show an excellent eye for detail coupled with strong organisational skills.
- An excellent problem-solver.
- To have the ability to use initiative when completing tasks.
- Must be able to get to Canary Wharf also.
