Our client, a top investment fund based in Green Park are seeking a Receptionist who will be responsible for ensuring a first class customer service experience and completing all essential tasks according to standards. 

You will be the first point of contact with all clients, guests and employees, in person, over the phone and through email. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Be ensuring the best possible experience, welcoming every guest
  • Maintaining and enhancing high levels of customer service
  • Ensuring that you are fully aware of the days’ schedule and appointments in order to direct
  • Being the first point of call on the phone
  • Meeting, greeting and managing guest experience, ensuring perfection
  • Managing meeting rooms bookings, resolving clashes, and preparing rooms
  • Liaising with other support staff to talk about the day’s meetings, objectives and priorities and any materials needed
  • Dealing and handling all enquiries via email
  • Distributing post
Essential Skills for this role/Ideally looking for people with:
  • Strong organisational skills and must enjoy communicating, being the face of the business
  • Ideally have worked as a receptionist previously
  • Flexibility to cover repeat bookings throughout the year
