What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: A Partner, Principle and 1-2 Executives

Key duties: The role carries a broad range of responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy & varied day. Some responsibilities include:

• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
• Booking international travel; organising visas & preparing detailed itineraries
• Providing full secretarial support incl. retaining documents, correspondence, drafting replies, etc.
• Arranging meetings & events

What makes this position great? This is a great role for an experienced PA or EA who has worked for a SME in the financial industry

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: The ideal candidate must be well-presented with a positive and resilient attitude. It is essential that they have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills: written and verbal. Fluency in French, Spanish or Polish is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications: Experience working for a SME within the financial industry is required. Additionally, a demonstrated background working in a demanding, fast paced environment is essential.
