What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Executive level administrative support to 3 partners
Key duties:
- Maintain diaries for Partners, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Assist with scheduling for complex projects
- Build relationships with clients and client EAs
- Maintain and update current list of contacts and business activities in CRM database
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc.
- Daily administration
