Your new company
Your new company is a Care Home provider with a strong focus on providing the best care and support, for not only their residents and family members but also their employees. They currently own 3 fantastic care homes, located in the South-East and are looking to open a new facility by October 2019. They then wish to expand their business by opening a further 2-3 homes each year for the next 3-5 years. They currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their Head Office team of 15 people, to provide support to a team of Executive Directors.
Your new offices will be based in Central London.

Your new role
This exciting opportunity supports the Chief Executive Officer, as well as 3 Senior Directors. It is expected that you will have an in-depth understanding of planning and organising meetings, events and social engagements. Creating Board reports for each Board meeting, whilst meeting strict deadlines. Prepare documents for meetings and presentations as well as implementing actions from previous meetings.
As the PA to the Executive team of Directors, you will be expected to undertake a wide range of administrative, executive and support related tasks. Due to the growth of the company, it is understood that the remit of your responsibilities may grow too. You will enjoy supporting the Executive team as well as a network of people in the head office. It will be essential that you conduct your work in a professional manor as you will be dealing with matters of confidentiality. This is a fast-paced role where you will be expected to prioritise your work to ensure that you meet very tight deadlines. You will need to display a strong attention to detail and an expert level of written and verbal communication skills. It is fundamental that you are proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as having a good understanding of what will be expected in the role, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner. It is also essential that you have strong organisational skills and are able to interpret business information. A proactive approach is necessary for this role due to the variety of work you will be undertaking.
