Part-Time Team PA - Property, West End - £17ph (Temporary)

A well established US property investments firm with a brand new UK base in London's West End, are seeking a temporary part-time PA to join their friendly and rapidly expanding team. A varied role, you will provide key support to their Vice President who travels frequently, including arranging all itineraries, scheduling meetings, diary management, expenses and ad-hoc personal duties where required. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and the 'go-to' person in the office, dealing with all office management, getting involved with everything from ordering supplies to on-boarding new starters and contract administration with ad-hoc support to the wider team. 

A great opportunity to be an integral part of this exciting and growing team, the role will be on an initial on-going temp basis and you must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week with some flexibility where required.
