Team PA / Office Manager

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

12-month FTC

Calling all PA’s/Office Managers out there looking for 12-month contract to start mid – end of May! This role would be perfect for someone on a Visa and looking for the flexibility of a contract role. It’s an “all hands-on deck” role that involves a hybrid of PA and Office Management duties.

The company are a small yet powerful Financial Advisory firm based in the heart of the City and the Directors are very friendly and approachable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to turn their hand to a variety of duties and be tech savvy!

Your duties:

  • 360° office/business support
  • Travel arrangements – frequently organising flights, accommodation, transfers, visas.
  • Complex diary management
  • Organising meetings and conference calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging refreshments
  • IT support – setting up meeting room equipment, resolving technical issues, liaising with the external IT support team for more complex issues
  • Proofreading and submitting financial reports
  • HR support - processing expenses, liaising with external Payroll team
  • Events support – including team dinners, lunches, Christmas event
  • Running personal errands for the Managing Director
  • Assisting with marketing and design projects

You will be a confident, proactive Team Assistant / Personal Assistant / Office Manager who is approachable, courteous and always prepared to accommodate their team and visitors with any business support needs. A strong working knowledge of IT support and organising frequent travel is highly preferred, but the right attitude is much more important.

We are seeking someone who is not afraid to rely on their initiative and try resolve problems themselves before contacting the external support teams. You will have a background in a professional services environment, preferably within a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations, HR, Office Management or Administrator capacity.

In return, you will become a key part of this close-knit team of warm, friendly professionals and have the chance to really excel in this hugely varied role. You will also receive a £1000 bonus upon completion of your contract, as well as statutory holiday, pension and Private Medical Insurance.
