A fantastic opportunity that has come up at Tiger. We are searching for an exceptional content marketing editor to join our marketing team! If you are looking to take the next step in terms of content planning and strategy, as well as actively contribute to the future success of a business, this is the role for you!

The Role

Your role will include regular blog creation in addition to thought leadership content ideation and execution. As a small team, we are looking for someone who enjoys thinking outside the square, working to a fast pace and pitching in on a range of projects with a ‘can-do’ attitude!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Plan and create strategic and insightful printed and digital communications including written articles, videos and podcasts
    • Proactively approach and engage with contributors or third parties, growing and managing contributor relationships through interviews and partnerships
    • Increase conversion rates and ROI alongside the marketing team to contribute to engagement, website traffic and SEO
    • Social media management – write and schedule content across platforms
    • Grow the list of key partners with whom Tiger can collaborate so as to provide a unique offer to clients and candidates
  • Monitor and manage membership base, online forums and events
  • Create engaging lifestyle content
  • Liaise with third party agencies around website and app developments as required
  • Assist in the testing of new digital projects
 The Candidate

You don’t need to have worked in a recruitment or a B2B environment before, but you should have demonstrable experience in delivering consistently exceptional communications to target audiences. Take a look at our insights page for a flavour of the kind of content you’ll be producing with us!

Skills and experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven proofreading abilities
  • One-two years’ professional or academic experience in creative writing, copyediting, news writing, digital media, or marketing
  • Ideally, degree or NCTJ-qualified in Journalism or Communications
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, Mailchimp and social media management platforms
