Site Information Manager – Construction industry - £22-24k – 6 months’ experience
Fab new role for someone with around 6 months’ experience to join a lovely Construction company, based in the West End with a friendly family feel and brilliant retention rate with their employees. Their offices have recently been redone and are great. It’s a really lovely working environment with good opportunities for progression. You will be well looked after here and constantly receive training and development.
This is an administration heavy role where you will be based on different sites for 3/4 different projects at a time that the company are working on. You will be responsible for all administration to do with the projects, ensuring documents are filed and uploaded to the database in a timely manner. You will be responsible for all logistics associated with meetings for the projects and picking up ad hoc duties. Duties will include:

- Managing the database and ensuring all information is up to date including contact details
- Uploading drawings to the database
- Coordinating meetings
- Creating agendas for meetings
- Arranging catering for meetings
- Scanning and filing
- Producing reports
- High attention to detail
