A reputable charity based in North London is looking for a professional and confident Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This contract will be based on 21 hours a week and covering the evening hours of 04.00pm until 08.00pm, 05.00pm to 08.00pm and two hours remotely on Saturday and Sunday.  

This is a busy Customer Service position and the main responsibilities will be -  
  • Speaking with customers over the phone and dealing with all enquiries
  • Responding to customer queries via email
  • Inputting customer details onto the internal database
  • Advising customers on products
  • Additional Ad Hoc duties
Essential requirements are -
  • Customer Service experience within a similar position
  • Articulate phone manner
  • Good written communication skills
  • Able to deal with customer queries effectively
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience of using Zendesk is beneficial however it is not essential
