Your new company:
A leading international Investment Bank based in the heart of the City, is seeking an experienced Spanish and/ or German speaking administrator to join their Investment Banking Division IBD supporting a team of bankers consisting of MD, 2 Directors, 2 VPs, 2 Associate & 2 Associate VPs.


Your new role:
As the experienced and driven Spanish and/ or German speaking Team Administrator, you will be open to working in a fast paced, high volume environment within Banking. You time will be split across all senior management within the team, meaning you will need to have the ability to prioritise when dealing with multiple tasks, and have a resilient and adaptable attitude. Your responsibilities will include Complex diary management, arranging meetings with clients, Organising Travel & Visa, Processing expenses etc.


What you'll need to succeed:
As the Spanish and/ or German speaking TA. you will need to have previous experience working for a competitor within the Investment Banking Division in a similar Administrative/ Team Assistant role. You will have exemplary communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build professional relationship across all levels of seniority.
