HR Coordinator/PA

Our client are an internationally recognised City of London-based Insurance firm, seeking an experienced HR Coordinator plus 10-15% PA to an HR Director.
This role will involve supporting the Resourcing department with offer letters, employee documentation and on-boarding as well as support for the leaver process. You will also assist with Comps and Bens team with various projects and administration.
Additionally, 10-15% of the role will act as PA to HR Director assisting with diary management, arranging meetings ata senior level, organising travel and itineraries and team away days.

This role would suit someone in an existing hybrid HR/PA role - or someone in HR with previous secretarial experience.
