Data Administrator

Our client is a leading international property consultancy in the City. A new position has arisen for a Data Administrator to join the Estate Management team. This team are responsible for managing the property estate for their clients, with a focus on maintaining strong, long term relationships with each client. The role of the Data Manager will be to work within the estates management team alongside estate managers and finance colleagues.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the Client's Database and analysis of reported issues in order to support gaps identification and areas for improvement
- Lease and key property documents analysis
- Produce standard reports in excel and other internal tools utilising existing data to agreed timescales
- Participating in and leading additional projects with a key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client
- Cooperation with the Client Team during periodic data quality and completeness audits
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external Clients
- Active participation in process review and creation
- Making sure service delivery is compliant to agreed procedures and SLAs
- Report to Team Leader
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience in data administration / real estate / accounting / data analysis will be an advantage
- High analytical skills, focused on detail, fast learning
- Client orientated, capable to adapt to a changing and demanding environment
- Ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities
- Very strong communication skills
- Keeping very close relationships with requestors and providing them with required support (queries governance, abstraction standards and best practice)
